GENESEE COUNTY, MI — Sheriff Chris Swanson believes every law enforcement agency in the nation should have a program dedicated to fighting human oppression and sex trafficking.
That’s why the sheriff says he has created a “playbook” for agencies to replicate what Genesee County has done with its Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team (or GHOST).
